Ph.D. Student
Department of Computer Science

I joined Virginia Tech in Fall 2009 to pursue my Ph.D. and my advisor is Dr. Wu-chun Feng. My research interests lie at the intersection of computer architecture and system software. Currently, my Ph.D. research involves the design, research and development of metrics, models and methodologies for enabling energy-proportional computing. Specifically, I focus on modeling and prediction of performance under power budget, hardware- and software-controlled power management, and benchmarking. I am a member of the SyNeRGy Laboratory and I assist with the Green500 list.
