                             Post-Doctoral Position in
                 Augmented Reality, Visualization and 3D Modelling



                         Video and Image Processing (VIP) Lab
                Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences
                              University of California,
                              Berkeley, California, USA



Applications are invited for research positions at the Post-Doctoral
level, or research scientist in the areas of augmented reality,
visualization and 3D modelling. The position is for a period of three
to five years and is funded by the United States Department of Defense.
Expertise in computer vision, image processing and computer graphics is
highly desirable. Familiarity with virtual reality and view synthesis
techniques and applications, as well as geographical databases is a
plus. The ideal candidate will help with the management and
coordination of a five university MURI grant, and as such would have a
chance to collaborate with other universities, as well as UC Berkeley.
The research will be supervised by Prof. Avideh Zakhor. For more
