In order to make our demos somewhat portable, we've long wanted a laptop with a decent chipset in it, but I haven't recently looked to see which chipset makers (NVidia/ATI/...) have a decent mobile version, and what products actually use them. We last looked about 6 months ago, I believe at an ATI chipset, and found it too weak, at least in Direct3D support. (bad Z buffer precision, if I recall correctly, as well as other problems.)
