It's nice to join you. Almost all of you are too famous to me, and I hesitated to join the list before sending the registration request. Please don't be hard on me :-) OK, let me introduce myself. I am a post doctoral researcher of Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan. My research area includes virtual reality, augmented reality, computer supported cooperative work and so on. I am a member of Yokoya Lab. Professor Naokazu Yokoya's speciality includes computer vision and mixed reality. The assistant professor, Haruo Takemura, who is now a visiting researcher of Toronto University, has been studying human computer interaction and virtual reality. I received Ph.D of engineering from NAIST this June, by developing a cooperative two-handed immersive environment for simple 3D design. Now, I am interested in supporting awareness within a shared virtual workspace. That's it. Sincerely yours, ----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |irt//ual <<<<< Kiyoshi Kiyokawa >>>>>> --=//~\ ((/^\)\)\ | //=-- NAIST Yokoya Lab Dr.(Eng.)/JSPS Research Fellow --=//__/ [_6|_6]]=j | //=-- +81-743-72-5296 / kiyosi-k@is.aist-nara.ac.jp --=// \ ~ <_ ~ 9 |//=-- http://www.aist-nara.ac.jp/~kiyosi-k --=//eal\ity \\/_/| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
