Follow the author guide in preparing your
paper, which should be formatted as a single HTML file together
with an optional collection of GIF, JPEG, or PNG images.
Submit your HTML paper as an attachment (also attach any images) to an e-mail
message addressed to
. Please avoid combining your files into a .zip archive, since many mail gateways (and our mail server) strip zip attachments from messages because of the potential for viruses.
In the body of your e-mail message, include:
The title of your paper
The name of the primary author for correspondence (including e-mail
address, if different from the submission's sender)
