I am a pioneer in HCI as a field and in usability engineering as a discipline and practice and the founding faculty member of HCI in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech. As an experienced consultant, researcher, educator, and practitioner in human-computer interaction (HCI) and usability engineering, I am available for consulting as:

• Designer and/or evaluator of user interaction and user interface designs
• Facilitator in establishing your own usability evaluation capabilities
• Expert witness in user interface and interaction design issues, "software archeology" and patent issues
