I received BS and MS degree in
Computer Science from National
University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Currently, I
am pursuing PhD in Computer Science from
Virginia Tech. My PhD studies
and research is funded by
Fulbright Scholarship under Fulbright Foreign Student Program.
I am working in
Distributed Systems & Storage Laboratory, and doing my research
under the guidance of Ali
R. Butt. I am interested in improving the I/O performance
of heterogeneous cores (e.g. Cell Microprocessor), and to get the
best out of them for running I/O intensive applications. |
