Policy. Every area sets their own policies with respect to registration and deadlines. If an area chair does not set their own policy, the following default policies will apply:

Default Schedule and Deadlines

Students have 3 weeks to study the readings, and two weeks to answer the questions provided. The committee has 2-3 weeks to grade the exam and/or conduct oral exams (if needed or required by the committee).

December 1, 2022 (Thursday): Complete Reading List Available. Some reading lists are already available; check for your area.
December 5, 2022 (Monday): Students must commit to take exam. You have to register with the chair of the exam.
January, 2023: Written Examination Available.
2 weeks later: Written Examination Due. Different committees might have oral presentations required too.
February 15, 2023 (Tuesday): Exam Results due to GPC.

You also have not committed to taking any exam yet.
