Hub is very nice and close to campus with a lot of bus routes nearby. Have had some issues with management and price though.

Rooms are not big for the price of rent. Management is not the best and overall just overpriced but it is a nice place to live in. They like to charge you for random stuff when you move out and the fire alarm goes off a lot. Also, there is never any parking in the garage when they charge residents $15 a month.
