I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech advised by Dr. Ismini Lourentzou. My research interests are in applications of Deep Learning in the domain of (but not limited to) Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
I am a Fall 19 MS admit at Virginia Tech. Because of my curiosity and interests towards the field of research I converted to PhD in Fall 2020. As a newbie, I took my time to explore different working environments and finalized my advisor in my second year. I really enjoy working on the rapidly-growing field of multimodal deep learning by utilizing, and improving the state-of-the-art technologies.
My other interests include- Sports (I play all kinds of sports, but don't like to spend much time on watching), Spirituality.
