We present an AI-driven extended reality (XR) training system that enables CS TAs to rehearse office hours scenarios through embodied interaction in a safe and repeatable environment. The system simulates five psychologically grounded student personas and guides trainees through an Observe-Interact-Reflect instructional cycle within an immersive virtual setting. Conversational behaviors are generated using large language models, and trainee responses are evaluated using a rubric grounded in the MUSIC Model of Academic Motivation, with personalized feedback delivered by an AI mentor after each interaction.
