Question: has any NCAA school has ever defeated all three national championship teams in the same school sports year?
Answer:  unknown, (most likely not). Very few schools have ever had a chance to play against all three champions in the same year.
I suspect no school has ever come any closer to this somewhat dubious record than Virginia Tech did in 2014-2015.

In 2014 Ohio State won the NCAA Nat'l Football Championship:

• September 6,  2014:    Virginia Tech 35 Ohio State 21

In 2015 Duke won the NCAA Nat'l BasketBall Championship:

• Feb. 25, 2015:   Duke 91  VT 86  OT

In 2015 UVa won the NCAA Nat'l Baseball Championship: (ACC season results)

• March 13, 2015:    VT 2   UVa 1
• March 14, 2015:    VT 3   UVa 1
• March 15, 2015:    VT 6   UVa 5

VT  had the ball against Duke in the final seconds of the game before OT. Forward  Zach LeDay put up a fall away ~12' soft bank shot from the right side that was about half-way down when it finally rim'd out.
