The size problem I mean is -- you need desk space to put it down, and it will bump in to things. Also, a large object will be harder to hold and finely manipulate. Ooops, I'm ranting about props again :-) Chris has a good point here -- the right weight/size is crucial. The exact size & form factors of my props were very carefully chosen, and went through several iterations. For example, our original idea was to use a full-scale plastic skull for interaction, but that proved impractical -- it was much too large for convenient manipulation and set up a false expectation that the skull exactly matched the specific patient data being analyzed.
