Research Fellow Post: EQUATOR IRC

The Equator project is an Interdisciplinary Research Collaboration
funded by the EPSRC. It is a collaboration between 8 UK universities,
carrying out research on the boundary of virtual and physical
worlds. Research at UCL focuses on computer graphics and virtual
reality. Further details of the project can be found at

Our main research goal is to understand what makes virtual reality
effective. In this post, the focus will be on how to design and
evaluate effective simulations of urban spaces, with applications in
phobia treatment.

The appointment will be on the RA1A pay scale. The appointment is up
to point 11 (£25,451 pa plus £2,134 LA pa). Applicants must have a PhD
or equivalent research experience in computer graphics and/or virtual
