Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program including student advising, overseeing admission process, enrollment management, assessment, recruitment, marketing, adjunct faculty recruitment, and curriculum development activities. Supervise four staff members and one student worker. Chair of the hiring committee for instructional faculty search. The program has grown to 500 graduate students in 4 years.
