Subject: [Web-CAT-announce] Many small enhancements to Web-CAT

It has been a while since I updated the Web-CAT blog, but I was finally able to add all the recent changes to it. The most noticeable changes you will see if you are currently using Web-CAT are: instructors, TAs, and administrators can now submit to courses they work with without having to be enrolled as students; admins can work with courses/assignments for all courses, not just the ones they are teaching; and a table of upcoming assignment due dates is available to instructors on their home page as well as when editing assignment properties, so you can plan your due dates so they do not conflict with other assignments (to help avoid too many students swamping the server at the same time).

Now I am turning my attention to the self-installation support, with the hope that I can get it working before SIGCSE at the end of the month.
