I had taught quite a bit before joining Virginia Tech; in particular I taught Physics for Pre-Med students (1999-2003 in San Diego).
In 2006-2009, and again in 2013 I chaired the Ph.D. qualifying exam committe for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. The 2013 exam info and instructions for the students are here
